cg_damagePlumColorStyle

Changes how the floating damage numbers (plums) are colored. Style 1 is a simple white-to-red fade, Style 2 uses tiered damage colors, and Style 3 colors each plum based on the weapon that hit.

💡

Pro Tip

Use style 2 (Tiered Damage Colors). A bright red plum instantly tells you 'that was a fat rail/rocket hit' while a blue plum means weak hitscan tickle. This is what most competitive players run because it gives you real tactical information at a glance.
